The Full Story

Meghan (she/her) is an associate counsellor who holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. Before entering the counselling field, she spent many years in management, human resources, and as a licensed employee benefits advisor. These experiences strengthened her ability to listen deeply, support growth and development, and recognize the importance of mental health in every part of life. Based in Calgary, Alberta, Meghan brings a compassionate, person‑centred approach grounded in empathy, acceptance, respect, and honouring individuality.

Meghan is particularly passionate about supporting athletes through mental performance and resilience coaching, as well as clients navigating trauma recovery, confidence building, mindfulness, and mind‑body connection. Growing up in an athletic family shaped her appreciation for the role of mental performance in both sport and everyday life. She is drawn to integrative and somatic approaches, working collaboratively to create a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Meghan welcomes clients of all backgrounds and personalizes therapy to align with each person’s unique needs, values, and goals.

She is 2SLGBTQ+ affirming and is currently accepting new clients across Alberta.
